Every month, we receive hundreds of messages from customers expressing their thanks for the service they have received, either at one of our 600 plus centres nationwide or from one of our mobile fitters.
September is one of our busiest months for MOTs as new registration plates are launched leading to an increase in the number of drivers buying new cars. It was unsurprising then that many of the comments we received in September were from drivers who came to Kwik Fit for the annual MOT test. Here’s just a few of the customers who took the time to write to us to express their thanks for the service they received.

“Hi, I just want to pass on my thanks for excellent customer service I had when taking my sons car in for an MOT last Saturday. On the morning the Chester Le Street branch rang me early to apologise as the tester had called in sick. They offered an alternative at the Washington branch at the same time. The manager Darren came out to greet us on arrival and got the MOT done quickly. This meant I was able continue with the rest of my plans for the day without disruption and there was no need to rebook. Excellent service from both branches.”

“This is the first time I have used KwikFit (MOT/ Service & timing belt replacement). It won't be the last. A truly excellent service provided, from the initial thorough quote to providing detailed paperwork of work completed/any issues. Throughout all work, any calls to the garage were dealt with in the most professional manner; patient, friendly, informative and nothing too much trouble. Of particular mention is an employee called, I believe, Nick who spoke to me and my partner on both visits. His calm, incredibly polite and professional manner should be commended.
