Every month, we receive hundreds of messages from customers expressing their thanks for the service they have received, either at one of our 650 centres nationwide or from one of our mobile fitters.
This month, many customers were a long way from home on day trips or longer holidays when car trouble threatened to ruin their journey. However, our teams have been working hard to get you home safe and sound.
Wed like to express our thanks to each and every one of you who took the time to write. Here are a few of our favourites from August:

I was 150 miles from home and having an exhaust crisis and your staff in the Swansea York Street could not have been kinder. The manager, Dave, and Paul took a look and did a quick fix and told me everything was fine for my journey home. Excellent service.

Miss P Peterborough
I would like to say a massive thank you to Paul at Maidstone Kwik Fit for being a knight in shining armour after my children and I broke down at a nearby festival yesterday. We were rescued by a Green Flag garage and taken to Kwik Fit, where Paul managed to fit our exhaust back on so we could drive safely home to Peterborough. All the team there were so friendly and helpful, and keen to help us soggy festival-goers get home in one piece! Thank you so much again - your compassion for our situation meant it wasn't anywhere near as expensive or exhausting as it could otherwise have been.

I recently visited Kwik Fit in Wolverhampton and I would like to compliment the staff and service on their efficiency professionalism and friendliness - Excellent service after a rather traumatic day - I had to have a replacement tyre further to a puncture on the M6 - thank you to all the staff.

I was on my way home on a long journey when my oil light came on. I was close to Devizes and headed to Kwik Fit. Dan was covering the centre for the day. When I started my car again the light had gone off. Dan, however, was very helpful and checked my car over for me. Ensuring I had sufficient oil, water etc. for my journey. It was a great experience. As a woman, it can be intimidating to go into these places but I felt comfortable and would gladly return.

Myself and my partner called in to your Bridgwater branch, very desperate as our exhaust was banging along the ground behind the car, and we were en-route to Cornwall! Upon our arrival, which was not much before closing time the team at the Kwik fit Bridgewater branch were professional and helpful, promising to check the underside of the car and let us know what the issue was and whether they could get us back on the road. After getting the car on the ramp, it turned out that a bracket attaching the back box to the exhaust had broken, allowing the back box to drag along the road. Good news: it was an easy fix. Bad news: they did not have a bracket anywhere. However, the member of the team dealing with us there managed to get in touch with <a centre> nearby who had the relevant part, then drove down personally and collected it for us, fitted it, and then also checked our oil level as the car computer was asking us to check it. After doing all this, the staff at the branch would not take any payment from us stating that it was a very minor job. I have not been a Kwik Fit customer as a rule in the past, but this experience has vastly improved my perception of the brand and next time I need something doing to the car, Kwik Fit will be my first port of call.
