Every month, we receive hundreds of messages from customers expressing their thanks for the service they have received, either at one of our 600 plus centres nationwide or from one of our mobile fitters.
During July and August, many drivers were off on their summer holidays but hit a bump in their trip due to car troubles. Our centre teams have been working hard to get them back on the road. Here’s just a few of the holiday-makers who wrote to us to express their thanks for getting their holiday back on track.
Mr P - Visited our Burnley centre
On holiday & driving a rental, we were a bit panicked when a tire pressure warning appeared when we were on a very narrow road high above Burnley. Unwilling to stop we descended into the town looking for a garage. We were relieved to see your sign & pulled in. Paul came out to greet us & in no time fixed the overfilled tires & the warning disappeared. What a relief! Thanks to Paul we were soon on our way. Not only was he expert, friendly & prompt, he took care of us without charge. Kudos to Paul & Kwik Fit.
Mrs K - Visited our Giffnock centre
Big thanks to all the staff in Giffnock for fitting in my MOT at the last minute. I had only realised it was overdue the day before my holidays and my usual garage couldn’t manage on time. A friend recommended your garage and I’ll be doing the same from now on. First class service people and waiting area. You’ve definitely won a new customer.
Miss C - Visited our Bristol, Whiteladies Road centre
I wanted to say how brilliant Chris was at the Whiteladies Road Bristol branch, when I arrived late one Sunday afternoon just before closing Chris went out of his way to sort my tyres so that I could get away on a long journey as planned. Chris and his team were excellent and I've been recommending them to my colleagues at work. Thank you Chris!
Mr G - Visited our Weymouth, Jubilee Park centre
Collected a screw in tyre whilst on hols. Tyre ripped and needed replaced. Knew where the garage was as I holiday in the area every year. The welcome from Pete Davies was fantastic. A smile and a warm and friendly service. Asked me to park up immediately. Quoted prices & all clear with no ambiguity. He promised to phone and did. This member is staff should be rewarded for the following:-

Emailed my order for 4 new caravan tyres last Monday...fitted by Don from Bridgewater branch on Wednesday at 9am...came to touring site I was on…can’t get better than that...no worries now, thanks Kwik Fit and Don...service first class.
Mr S - Visited our Tunbridge Wells centre
We were due to set sail on a cruise when the night before the spring broke on our car, well the gnashing and wailing of teeth ensued as it looked very bleak. A phone call on Friday morning was answered by Will, my predicament explained was met with "not a problem we can sort that out for you sir". Sort it out Will and his team did, within a couple of hours I got a call saying the job was done! Holiday back on!! I can't thank them enough for their help and professionalism…got a problem go and see Will and the boys at Tunbridge Wells.
