Each month, hundreds of customers write to us to express their thanks for the exceptional service they have received at our centres and the Kwik Fit staff who have gone beyond the call of duty.
We’d like to express our thanks to each and every one of you who took the time to write. And while we can’t thank you all individually, here are a few of our favourites from June:
Mr D – Tonbridge
Exhaust bracket rusted and snapped whilst driving in Dorset. Called Dorchester office approx 5.15pm on Saturday evening (expecting them to be closed). But they answered the call and managed to find a bracket to support the exhaust box. Extremely quick fitting and very friendly. Very impressed and would certainly recommend to friends and family. The centre manager and the mechanic were very informative and responded quickly to our issue. We will now be travelling back on the Sunday safely, thanks to them.

Mr B – Dundee
I would like to commend the team who run Kwik Fit, Perth Road Dundee. I have never come across a car garage with such polite and respectful staff. The facilities on offer were also impressive with technology to view tyre alignments and watch MOT's take place from the waiting room. The waiting room was clean and comfortable and having sat for over an hour waiting on my car I witnessed the staff (especially the gentleman looking after front of house) being nothing but helpful, polite, approachable, friendly and knowledgeable about the products/service on offer. The member of staff who served me and fixed my car was also very good. Good customer service is very difficult to find these days so well done! I'll be back.

Mr P – Newmarket
In an age when people find it very easy to complain it is my pleasure to take a few minutes to compliment the staff at your Newmarket branch. Whilst in Birmingham I contacted Steve at the Newmarket branch who advised me that they had 2 tyres that I required in stock , on my arrival Steve and his team dealt with me in a fully professional and friendly manner. Not only did they replace the tyres they cleaned my windscreen and refilled my wash bottle. The whole experience was the perfect advert for your business and I would be grateful if you could pass on my thanks , the staff are a credit to you.

Mr B – North Shields
My wife's car was MOT'd today at your Tynemouth branch, and I feel compelled to tell you that the staff are a credit to your company. They were totally honest regarding the vehicle and despite a fault being present on the exhaust which may have led to a failure of the MOT, the staff completed a complimentary quick repair that enabled the car to pass the test - rather than simply fail it and suggest expensive work. It's so reassuring that your staff can deliver such a service, and it's certainly an experience I will share with friends and family. Please pass on my thanks - it's greatly appreciated.

Ms S – Grantham
I would just like to thank your Grantham branch especially the guy working the desk when I arrived. Basically, my car had been making a dodgy noise when I was turning right, I'd been to a different garage (different brand) and they made me feel like I was being conned so I decided to go to Kwik Fit and the guy was so helpful, never once made me feel like an idiot for being clueless about cars and even showed me the issue on my car so I understood what he was talking about, his customer service was brilliant the team there in my opinion is an asset to your brand. I can honestly say Kwik Fit will be my first choice from now on. Thank you very much.
