Every month, hundreds of customers write to us to express their thanks for the service they have received from Kwik Fit, either at one of our 650-plus centres nationwide or from one of our mobile fitters.
We’d like to express our thanks to each and every one of you who took the time to write. And while we don’t have time to thank you all individually, here are a few of our favourites from May:
Mr B - Swansea
"I have been dealing with this branch of Kwik Fit for 18 or so years. Though I only called in for minor assistance today, as always, I was treated exceptionally well by Alan & your staff. I am 83 and have severe arthritis, so even small tasks can be difficult to do. Today I was preparing my car for a long trip (360 miles) in the next few days & was unable to remove one of my valve covers to check my tyre pressures. They remedied the problems in seconds, checked my tyre pressure etc. replaced the cover to ensure my car was in all aspects road worthy for my journey. Please convey my thanks & appreciation for their help, past & present."

"I have just had two tyres fitted to my caravan by your engineer Brendan. I must compliment the service I have received from the lady who handled my initial enquiry to the gent who fitted the tyres. All handled with utmost courteousness and professionalism. I was impressed by the vehicle presentation as was the engineer presented himself, giving me confidence of his ability to do a good job. I was not disappointed. I will be more than happy to recommend your service to my caravanning friends. Thanks again."

"I would like to thank the team in Bristol Road, Gloucester. I rang today and they got me an appointment within two hours. On arrival the waiting time to check my brakes was clearly explained. My brakes were faulty and they had the correct parts in stock which they fitted within an hour. I had a baby and small child with me and this excellent, efficient service took a lot of worry away. I have 2 airport runs coming up so now I can relax my brakes work!! Thanks team, would recommend to other mums! Please make sure management give them a pat on the back."

"Whilst at a recent visit to your Cotteridge branch i can honestly say the customer service was excellent. Not only were the staff attentive to all customers in the waiting area but were very helpful with other things such as opening doors for the elderly/disabled couple and fetching drinks for everybody on a warm day. Ray, the man working on my car, was extremely friendly and was nice enough to inform me of some things that may need work in the future which I will be getting done at the same branch. While I could get the work done cheaper, sometimes you pay for the extra assurance that both you and your vehicle will be looked after. Thank you"

"I recently had a problem with my two front tyres that were fitted to my BMW M6 (wrong speed rating). When this was brought to my attention I went into the Halbeath centre and spoke to Raymond who immediately addressed the problem and, along with William, sourced me two replacement Dunlop Sport Maxx GT's. I had just fitted two rear tyres as well and I want to keep all four tyres the same, they both went the extra mile to find two for me....the last two in the UK I believe! I had them fitted at the Glenrothes centre as they have the latest equipment ensuring no scratches to my wheels, which are Diamond Cut. I would like to say a big thank you to both these guys and Kwik-Fit for all the effort involved in resolving my problem. In this day and age service like this is very hard to come by. Cheers guys!"
