Pay

Year One : £5,863 annual salary – £112.75 per week
Year Two : £9,774 annual salary – £187.96 per week*
*- Upon successful completion of year one

Hours

Below is a daily breakdown of the hours you will have to work in the Centre.  These may change on the weeks when you are required for training.

Travel

All your travel will be arranged and paid for by Kwik Fit.  If you are away on a training course you will be booked into a local hotel and your accommodation, breakfast and evening meals will be paid for.

Benefits

Toolbox

To buy a toolbox and all the necessary tools you will require to work for Kwik Fit can be quite expensive.  Therefore within your first 3-6 months of employment the Company will supply you with a fully equipped toolbox ready for use.  Kwik Fit will then deduct a small amount from your wages each month in payment for these tools.  This means you will have all the necessary tools from the start of the programme without a large initial outlay.

Bonus

As an added bonus for completing your NVQ / Kwik Fit Apprentice Programme you will be given a full refund for the cost of your toolbox.

Also if you pass your driving test and gain a full driving licence during the Apprentice Programme then you will get an added monetary bonus upon completion of the Apprentice Scheme.
