What happens when you Go Green?

In addition to the normal checks, top-ups and replacements that you will get with your Interim or Full Service, for only £29 more Kwik Fit will also:

  • Check your brakes are operating efficiently to minimise the amount of fuel needed to stop the car.
  • Check emissions for improper gases or an imbalanced mix.
  • Check the engine management system to ensure the optimum amount of petrol is sent to the combustion chamber as you drive.
  • Add a fuel treatment to your tank that systematically cleans the engine and ensures it burns cleanly and efficiently.
  • Pay to offset ONE TONNE of carbon by donating to genuinely incremental oxygen generating projects around the world. This offset is equivalent to 6 months or 4,000 miles of average driving by the average car. Click here to find out more on Kwik Fit and the Environment.

The carbon offsetting is undertaken by the CarbonNeutral Company, a leading carbon offsetting organisation accredited and audited worldwide. Going Green adds just 20 minutes to the Service and you will receive an information pack about the CarbonNeutral Company scheme plus a certificate to verify your carbon tonnes offset.

How does the CarbonNeutral Company reduce your carbon impact?
