Cancelling Your Order

If you change your mind, you can cancel your car mats order at any time up to 14 days after the products have been supplied. 

Please contact Unique Car Mats on 01754 763457 to cancel your order. Please have your online order reference number to hand. 

If your order has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be arranged. If the item has already been shipped, you will need to arrange for the products to be returned before a refund can be issued. Please complete the returns slip delivered with your car mats order.

Refunds will be issued using the same method originally used for payment.


Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with our car mat products. If you are in any way not satisfied with the products received, they are not as described or are in any way faulty, please return them using the returns slip included with the original shipment. If you have misplaced your returns slip, you can return to:

Remember to enclose your name, order reference number and whether your would like an exchange or a refund.

Please ensure you include your order reference number with your return. Failure to do so may affect our ability to offer a refund for returned items.

Return postage costs will not be refunded. We will in some cases, arrange for a prepaid returns label to be sent out so you can return your car mat products. We will only send a prepaid returns label if: 

1) We have supplied you with an item which does not match our description or is faulty 
2) You have received an item which does not match your order 
3) The item does not in any way fit your vehicle (applies to shape, evidence will need to be supplied such as photos and vehicle details) 

Please contact Unique Car Mats on 01754 763457 to request a prepaid return.  

Once the returned mats have been received, products will be assessed and a full refund will be issued which includes the original delivery cost, provided the mats are returned in an unused and undamaged condition. Refunds will be issued using the same method originally used for payment.

If the fixing system supplied is not correct, we can in most cases send replacement fixings without the need of return. Please contact Unique Car Mats on 01754 763457 for assistance.

All car mat shapes are OEM equivalent parts based on genuine OEM sets.
