Problems Using Our Website
If you are experiencing any difficulties with the website or with completing your online booking, then you can reach our Website Booking Support Team on 0800 75 76 77, and select option 2.

Make a booking
The simplest way to make a booking is to do so online. You will also benefit from our web-exclusive prices. Enter your vehicle details and tell us what you are looking for below to start your booking.
Please enter your postcode to see availability information from your local Kwik Fit centre.
Book In Centre
Alternatively, for brake replacement, mechanical parts, EV and manufacturer servicing, or anything else not available above to book online, please contact your local centre for assistance.
Change or cancel a booking
If you are looking to reschedule or cancel an appointment you made online, you can edit your booking using our Manage My Booking Section. You will need your booking reference, vehicle number plate and email address used to book the appointment handy in order to use this feature. This information can be found on your booking confirmation email.
Please note that it will not be possible to use the Manage My Booking tool for car mat or Road Hero spare wheel kit orders or if your appointment for any product or service is scheduled to take place in the next 24 hours. Please contact the team on 0800 75 76 77 and select Option 2 if you are not able to use the Manage My Booking function.
In Centre Bookings
If you made your booking with one of our centres please contact the centre to reschedule or cancel your booking.
Question about pricing and/or availability
To get a price for replacement mechanical parts such as brakes, exhausts and suspension components, please contact your local centre who will be able to source available parts from our suppliers and provide a quote.
Tyres, Servicing & MOT
For pricing and availability for Tyres, MOT Tests and Servicing, we recommend using our web booking system.
For Tyres, enter your vehicle registration or tyre size and provide a postcode to see both tyre products available for fitting today as well as those that can be ordered in from our warehouse for fitting within the next week.
For MOT and Servicing, enter your vehicle details and postcode to see pricing for your make and model of vehicle and current availability at centres in your local area.
New or existing mobile fitting appointment
Kwik Fit Mobile – New Bookings
To make a new mobile tyre fitting booking for your car please click the button below and enter your vehicle details. Once you have selected your tyres you will be given the choice of booking into a centre or selecting mobile fitting (subject to local availability).

Data protection enquiry
Group Data Protection Department (GDPD)
The GDPD advises on the correct use of personal and commercial information to ensure the company complies with current data laws. This includes advising on correct data processing procedures, the handling and storage of personally identifiable and commercial data such as Subject Access Requests (someone requesting a copy of all information relating to them), Erasure and Data Rectification Requests, Data Processing agreements and Contracts.
Queries can be received direct from members of the public and staff by emailing: Group-Data-Protection@etelimited.co.uk. (This email is continually monitored 08:30-17:00 Mon–Fri). Alternatively, please complete our online contact form.
