Should things not quite go to plan, we have a dedicated customer experience team on hand to help. The Customer Experience team assist our customers queries related to contact with any part of Kwik Fit, ensuring they are always talking to the right person. This ‘joined-up’ process enables us to respond more quickly and effectively to each customers requirements.
