Kwik Fit Fleet is part of Kwik Fit (GB) Limited. In June 2011, Kwik Fit was acquired by ITOCHU Corporation, who also operate Stapletons (Tyre Services) Ltd, the UKs largest tyre wholesaler. ITOCHU Corporation was founded in 1858 and has grown into one of Japans leading trading companies. Kwik Fit (GB) Ltd and Stapleton’s Tyre Services Ltd are subsidiaries to the holding company European Tyre Enterprise Limited (ETEL).
As the leading automotive servicing and repair company in the UK, Kwik-Fit offers a comprehensive, privately owned national network of over 700 centres.
Our centres are open 7 days a week and most Bank Holidays too. Kwik-Fit centres are open 362 days per year.
Kwik Fit is continually improving the service it provides to its customers. Through a programme of centre upgrades, investment in new technology, regular and improved training for our employees and a comprehensive focus on customer satisfaction through outstanding service delivery, Kwik Fit aims to ensure customers’ vehicles spend as little time off the road as possible.
The refurbished network delivers a level of service similar to a volume passenger car dealership with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service across the entire UK network.

Kwik Fit Mobile
Kwik Fit Mobile offers a premium service structured to complement the in centre offer for those drivers that prefer the convenience of having their tyres fitted at their home or place of work.
Operating 5 ˝ days a week (Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30 and Saturdays 08:30 – 13:00) and with a fleet of circa 200 vans covering the UK, Kwik Fit Mobile is an appointment based service with no attendance fees for fleet account customers.
Every van has the latest tyre fitting equipment, suitable for all types of car, van and 4x4 tyres with digital wheel balancing machines and pneumatic air jacks. Kwik Fit Mobile are an accredited member of FTA Van Excellence.
In order to meet the changing demands of our customer base, in October 2016, a pilot programme was launched called ‘Mobile 7’. This pilot extended Mobile Operations to 7 days a week and working hours of 08:30 to 20:30.
Initially taking place within the M25, Mobile 7 coverage has now extended to major towns and cities outside of its initial London focus.

Tyre and Parts Distribution
Kwik Fit Fleet's distribution and logistics is managed by our sister company, Stapletons Tyre Services, the UK’s largest tyre wholesaler.
Stapletons holds in excess of 1.5 million tyres in its network of 11 warehouses across the UK. In addition, a further 750,000 tyres are held across the centre network.
Kwik Fit centres typically receive a minimum of two deliveries per day, with 98% receiving a Saturday delivery. This allows the centres to concentrate on a wider breadth of stock to meet today’s greater demands for the choice of tyre constructions and sizes. This increased frequency provides faster replenishment of Kwik Fit Centre tyre stock.
Fleet Support & Operational Centre
Our Fleet Operations Centre, based in Tannochside near Glasgow is central to the support and success in delivery of our service.
The Operations Centre has several functions and dedicated teams including;
Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, the driver support team manage all inbound calls, servicing driver requests involving both Centres and Mobile.
A dedicated team operating 7 days a week to control and oversee the management of fleet authorisations via our Fleet Authorisation System (FAS) and 1link Bureau.

A team dedicated to managing fleet companies bookings requirements. With live diary access and booking triage, this team acts as a central contact point for our fleet customers to utilise the 700 strong centre network for products and services such as MOT, Manufacture (OE) Servicing and tyre appointments.
Learning & Development
The Kwik Fit Training Academy provides a broad range of learning programmes to ensure that our people develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to be successful in their career and to deliver the very highest levels of service to our customers.
Over 170,000 hours of training is delivered each year, and is accredited by the institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) to deliver MOT inspector, Hybrid & Electric Vehicle Technician and Air Conditioning qualifications, as well as Service and Diagnostic Technician accreditations.
Kwik Fit are also proud to be a leader in helping over 2000 young people start out in their automotive career via our Apprenticeship programme, rated as Outstanding by Ofsted.
The Kwik Fit Training Academy is accredited by the globally renowned Learning & Performance institute, which ensures that there is a demonstrable link between learning and the improved performance of our people and organisation.
