Who can qualify for this offer?

This offer is available to Kwik Fit customers who have purchased 2 x Goodyear tyres online or in centre between 1st August 2019 and 30th September 2019. Customers using the Kwik Fit Mobile Fitting service are also eligible to claim.

How do I claim?

To claim your reward, visit www.kwikfitrewards.co.uk/nightaway and complete the claim form on this page. You will be asked to upload a photo of your invoice to verify your purchase. The whole invoice needs to be clearly visible in the image to be accepted. You will then be sent a Night Away For Two gift pack in the post within 28 days.

Claim Your Hotel Stay

When can I claim?

Once you have had your tyres fitted either by a Kwik Fit centre or by Kwik Fit mobile, you will then be able to submit your claim. The closing date and time for receipt of claims is midnight on 31st October 2019.

Where can I stay as part of this promotion?

There are over 200 participating hotels across the UK and Ireland to choose from as part of this offer. Your Night Away For 2 Gift Pack will include a full list of hotels to choose from.

How do I book my hotel stay?

Once you have received your Night Away For Two gift pack in the post, and selected the participating hotel you would like to stay at, you can call the MLP reservations team to book your stay. Further details regarding how to book and the number to call will be included in the gift pack. Night Away For Two gift packs are valid for 12 months from the date printed on the letter you receive with your pack.

I have not received my Night Away For Two gift pack, what should I do?

If you have not received your gift in the time set out please call us on 01565 656 271 and the team will look into this for you.

I cannot upload my invoice, is there another way to claim?

Will my details be passed on to 3rd parties?

No, your information will not be shared with any other 3rd parties. MLP will use your information solely for the purpose of fulfilling gift claims.

Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. The promotion is open to retail customers who are resident in the UK aged 17 and over excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  2. There is a purchase requirement. Customers must purchase 2 or more Goodyear tyres in a single transaction to receive a Hotel Night Away gift pack.
  3. Purchases must be made at a Kwik Fit centre in the UK or online at www.kwik-fit.com between 01/08/2019-30/09/2019 to qualify. Tyres must be fitted within 1 calendar month of purchase.
  4. After the tyres have been fitted, it is the claimant’s responsibility to enter their details and submit the free gift claim form at www.kwikfitrewards.co.uk/nightaway including a copy of a valid invoice.
  5. Qualifying claimants are responsible for providing a full name and address for delivery of the Hotel Night Away gift pack when completing the claim form.
  6. The closing date for submission of claims is 31/10/2019. Applications received after 23.59 on this date will not be processed. Claims will be validated within 7 working days of the claim submission. If the customers claim is rejected, they will receive an email advising that their claim has been rejected and the steps they can take to resubmit their claim to be re-considered.
  7. A Hotel Night Away gift pack will be delivered to qualifying claimants within 28 days of the claim being verified.
  8. Only one claim per vehicle is permitted. The Promoter reserves the right to dispute a claim if it believes it is not legitimate. The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to the promotion.
  9. No cash or other gift alternative available, in whole or in part, except owing to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.
  10. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the gift will only be awarded directly to the qualifying purchaser.
  11. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of gift, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all qualifying purchases and to refuse to award a gift or withdraw gift entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. Qualifying purchases that do not comply with these terms and conditions, or where entrants are found to be abusing the promotion in any way, will result in the disqualification of claim.
  14. Any personal data relating to participants supplied to www.kwikfitrewards.co.uk/nightaway will be used solely for the purpose of the promotion and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than the Promoter’s agencies for the purpose of servicing/implementing the promotion.) The Promoter’s privacy policy can be found at www.kwik-fit.com/about-us/privacy-policy. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to group-data-protection@kwik-fit.com
  15. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  16. This promotion is based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
  17. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the promotion and/or rewards, other than such liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence.
