Get Fit Kwik with Kwik Fit!
Can’t bear the thought of kale juice, carrot sticks and Lycra? Faddy diet plans are all off the menu at our new back-to-basics fitness class devised by Kwik Fit technicians and personal trainer Mikah Simpson.
We wanted to put the fun back into fitness for the everyday person with an exercise class that doesn’t take itself too seriously. Fit Kwik consists of just you and a few tyres and involves a series of tyre flips, lifts and throws and burn up to 1200 calories in each 30 minute session. Fit Kwik is free to attend and is open to anyone who wants to shift that post-Christmas spare tyre, using our spare tyres! Here’s a taste of what to expect from the Fit Kwik Tyre Workout.
