Puncture repairs are also available. If your tyre can be safely repaired instead of replaced, your mobile tyre fitting technician will carry out the repair where possible, return the replacement tyres, and refund the difference.

What to expect on the day of your appointment
- On the morning of your appointment, you'll receive a text message and email confirming a two-hour arrival window, helping you plan your day with confidence.
- Your message will also include a link to our tracking portal, allowing you to see your mobile tyre fitting technician's real-time location once they're on the way.
- When your technician arrives, they'll explain the fitting process and ensure there's a safe working area before work begins.
- Your technician will carry out a vehicle inspection, check and adjust your tyre pressures where required, and let you know if they identify any additional work that may be needed.
- The existing tyres will be removed from the wheels, and your new tyres will be professionally fitted. Each wheel will then be balanced inside the mobile fitting van before being refitted to your vehicle with a new valve.
- Once the work is complete, you'll be invited to confirm you're happy with the service before your technician leaves.

For safety, quality, and liability reasons, tyres supplied by us are provided on a fitment-only basis. Tyres will not be left with customers unfitted and must be installed by our technician during the scheduled appointment.
If the tyres cannot be fitted, they will be returned to our stock and alternative arrangements will be discussed.

Can Kwik Fit Mobile tyre technicians repair punctured tyres?
Kwik Fit will only repair tyres in accordance with British standards (BSAU159) for safety. Rest assured, however, if a tyre can be successfully repaired and reused, we will happily do so.
How much does mobile tyre fitting cost?
Kwik Fit’s mobile tyre fitting appointments cost up to £30 depending on whether you choose an anytime or half-day slot. Think of it like locking in your delivery time for a grocery order – with the broader ‘anytime’ slot being the cheaper option if you don’t mind when we come to you. Free mobile fitting appointments are also sometimes available at our discretion, such as during promotions and special offers.
Do I have to be in for a mobile tyre fitting?
Yes, you will need to be there for a few reasons:
- To direct us to your vehicle
- In case we need the locking wheel nut or need to move your vehicle
- So we can discuss any issues or let you know if a puncture repair may be possible.
