This time, the trio takes on a spectacular journey across Wales from north to south, exploring dramatic mountain passes, sweeping valleys, and iconic landmarks. From the twisting Black Mountain Pass and the breathtaking Brecon Beacons, to the famous village of Llanfairpwllgwyngyll and many more unforgettable locations, they uncover some of the most stunning scenery Wales has to offer.

With years of experience entertaining audiences on air and on screen, Polly knows how to connect, engage, and keep things lively. Proudly Welsh, she shares some of her favourite parts of her home country while exploring the twists, turns, and hidden gems of the Cambrian Way.
BTCC driver Dan Rowbottom brings his trademark energy and humour to The Scenic Route: The Cambrian Way. As a NAPA Racing driver, he’s taken multiple wins, podiums and poles, picked up the 2021 Jack Sears Trophy, and helped NAPA to back-to-back team titles. Now he’s swapping race tracks for mountain tracks, guiding us along the Cambrian Way with plenty of charm (and just a little speed).
With decades of motorsport grit and a long career testing cars on television, this two-time BTCC champion brings a bold, seasoned edge. From racing at the sharp end of the grid to fronting car-focused TV shows, he’s pushed just about everything with wheels to its limit. Now a team owner as well as a motoring personality, straight-talking insights and instinctive feel for performance deliver a thrilling dose of expertise on every stretch of the route.
Bringing a blend of warmth, curiosity, and genuine driving passion, this TV favourite adds a lively spark to The Scenic Route: The Cambrian Way. Well known for her Top Gear appearances and her YouTube series Kidd in a Sweet Shop, she’s spent years diving into the stories behind incredible cars and unforgettable drives. Her love of exploration and easy going sense of fun make every stretch of the Cambrian Way feel like a shared adventure.
