Easter weekend is one of the busiest times of the year for Britain’s roads, with many people heading off to visit family and friends and sharing the holiday spirits. But sometimes there are a few bumps in the road that make travelling over this busy weekend very stressful, especially if you experience car difficulties. Our Kwik Fit centres were open over the whole weekend and were there to help many a customer continue safely on their journey!
Here are a few wonderful messages we received from our customers over the weekend sharing their thanks.
Mr M - Visited our Hexham centre
We would just like to say after having our exhaust collapse on our camper van on Good Friday in Hexham we had visions of the weekend being wasted and coming home on the back of a recovery lorry, but thankfully we came across your centre in Hexham and the service we received was excellent. The guys managed to locate a new exhaust (not a box standard repair) and fit it for us all within a few hours which gave us a chance to visit and explore Hexham. Once again first class service at a reasonable price and on a Easter weekend, top marks to the guys at Hexham Kwik Fit.
Miss F - Visited our Manchester centre
Hello, please can you pass on my thanks to the team at your branch on Chester Road in Manchester? I called today, on Good Friday, and explained my tyre was damaged and they were very cheerful and invited me in to have a look. The service was incredibly quick and the team were helpful and friendly. Quite rare when people have to work a bank holiday in my opinion!!
Really pleased, thank you again.
P.S. Loved the vanilla latte from the machine :)
Mrs S – Visited our Bournemouth centre
We had recently purchased a car, and noticed a grinding sound coming from the rear driver’s side, we decided to take the car to Kwik Fit to find out what the problem was. This was our first visit to Kwik Fit.
The centre manager and the mechanic were extremely helpful and although the news was not good, they explained the problems and kept us informed showing us the parts that were needed and why. It was late on Easter Saturday afternoon and the repairs would take quite a bit of time but they did not hurry us or say come back another time, in fact the manager drove to Poole to pick up the parts we needed. It was past 6pm before the car was done but this did not bother the team, they just carried on determined to do a good job all the while with a smile.
I would like you to know what a wonderful outstanding professional team you have in this centre, happy, smiling, very respectful and polite. They are a credit to you and to Kwik Fit and if you have such a thing as a centre of the month/year then the team at Bear Cross thoroughly deserve the accolade. It’s not often these days that customers can say they are thoroughly satisfied, but we were we will use Kwik Fit again and recommend this centre to all of our family and friends.
Mr S – Visited our Blackburn centre
I visited on Easter Sunday with a loose exhaust. Centre was open on time (unlike some competitors) clean and tidy. Manager was quick to identify and resolve the problem. Service first class in every respect. Thank you
Mr R – Visited our North Allerton, Yorkshire centre
I am very thankful to find your North Allerton branch open today on Easter Monday in my emergency situation. Excellent attention to major issue with the brakes on my vehicle, which your mechanics identified and rectified most expeditiously. I received first class customer service both from reception and mechanic. I can now face a long drive to the South of England confident in the condition of my vehicle. Delighted to hear of lifetime guarantee on the disc pads, and will make a point of having new pads fitted to the rear brakes at Kwik Fit in the near future to enjoy the same guarantee.
